Within the framework of an invitation to tender, CBernard Consulting seeks a consultant experienced in industrialization.
It is about a study of industrialization of a manufacturing plant of glass in the United Arab Emirates.
The various stages envisaged are:
- Preliminary market research: determination of the type of product glass to be manufactured (blown glass, flat glass) and of the branches of industry consuming glass: construction industry (real), agro-alimentary, cosmetic, health…
- Choice of glass to be manufactured, which will determine the type of glassmaking to conceive and competences to be soughtSearch for technologies and choice of the type of glassmaking,
- Validation of the standard glassmaking and identification of the manufacturers of equipment (Stein-Heurtey for example for glass flat),
- Estimated planning for the implementation of the glassmaking
Duration of the feasibility study: approximately 3 months.
